Swim Team Families,

As we previously mentioned we needed to move our end of season team picnic this year due to a scheduling conflict with our coaches and pool access.  After reviewing the poll we sent out asking for input on the options we have available for a new date, the best option is for Tuesday July 26th from 5-8PM at the pool.   We know this may not work for every family or coach, but it is the best option for the majority of the team and coaches.  The team will be providing and cooking hamburgers, hot dogs, and rolls.  Similar to last year, we are asking for families attending the picnic to bring drinks, sides, and deserts.  We will be sending out a sign up for various items by this Wednesday July 20th through the same sign up genius program we used this year for our concession stand.  Again the new date for the picnic will be Tuesday July 26th from 5-8PM at the pool.  Thank you for your flexibility and we look forward to celebrating each swimmer's accomplishments from this year!
