The Divisional swim meet will be held Saturday, July 24th.  All swimmers may attend this meet. Parents, it is very important that you go onto the swimtopia site or app and declare if your swimmer will or will not be attending this meet by midnight on Thursday, July 15th. Coaches need to submit their roster the next morning and must have a correct count of who is going. For this meet you can let coaches know what strokes your swimmer would prefer to swim. You can do this after selecting "available to attend" and clicking on the boxes next to the strokes in a drop down menu.

*Divisionals is an invitational so families will be responsible for the cost of attending after the meet. This cost is $4 per stroke each swimmer swims at the meet. (If this presents a financial constraint for your family please speak to someone on the board, we would like to see as many families as possible attend this important meet.)

Extra Note: At larger meets like this there is normally something called "heat sheets" that you can purchase that will have the whole meet laid out for you to follow along with. (Almost like a program you would get when seeing a play or performance). This year they have decided to add the option for you to send messages to your swimmer in this program. The cost is $5/message (25 word max.) email your message to [email protected] by midnight on July 16th if you are interested.
