Just another reminder that each swimmer MUST be marked as available or unavailable under each meet, using either the website or the SwimTopia app. It is critical that we have a count of who will be at each meet so that the coaches can set the line-up prior to the event.  Starting next week we will be cutting off meet registration at 11:00pm, the night before any meet, so that coaches can prepare their line-up. If any changes need to be made after that point, please make sure you talk to a coach so they know.  

This will also include the job duty sign-ups, closing at 11:00pm the night prior. Thank you to those who have stepped up to fill jobs at the last minute or who have worked double shifts to make sure the meet ran smoothly. We appreciate your dedication to the team.
