We just found out that a waiver needs to be signed for any swimmer planning to attending the CV meet tomorrow night. Please print and fill out the attached waiver and return it tomorrow at practice or at the latest by warm-ups tomorrow evening. This is very important, the Y is requiring this in order for any swimmer to enter their pool. Each swimmer needs their own waiver. They can hand them to the coaches. Extra copies will be at practice and at the meet if someone would forget theirs. Thank you!
