Parents you may now go onto the website to assign your swimmer as "available" or "not available" for each meet on the calendar and to sign-up for jobs at each meet. Please take the time to do that at your earliest convenience, as it will help us prepare for the season. Keep in mind that each family is required to fulfill 6 job assignments during the regular dual meet season. Helping out at invitationals is separate from that, but it will gain you entry to those meets for free and will still be needed to run those events. Lastly, if you sign up for a job duty and/or sign your swimmer up, but later find out that you are not able to attend the meet or need to adjust something, please go back and make those changes on the website so that we can make sure every job and the swimming line-up is covered before the day of the meet.
